Emma-Jayne Magson allegedly killed James Knight following a drunken row at her home in Newfoundpool, Leicester, then waited 45 minutes to call an ambulance.

Mr Knight's dying breaths could be heard on a 'chilling' 999 call she made 45 minutes later, in which she said he had 'collapsed' after a night out - without mentioning the knife wound.

Leicester Crown Court heard that when told an ambulance might be delayed, Magson, 23, replied: 'No, that's fine, don't worry about it.'
A court heard she pretended he had been in a fight and even stopped a Good Samaritan from turning him over because it would have revealed his stab wound.
She denies murder, claiming she acted in self defence.
The prosecution claims Magson stabbed her 26 year-old boyfriend on the doorstep of her home in the early hours of Sunday, March 27.
