Playboy Playmate, Dani Mathers, was at her LA Fitness, she secretly took a picture of a naked elderly woman. She posted the pic on snapchat and then tagged it, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either." Well, she has just been charged with the crime of invasion of privacy ...If convicted she faces 6 months in jail.
Dani's attorney, Tom Mesereau, tells TMZ, "I’m disappointed that she was charged with any type of violation. She never intentionally violated anyone’s privacy and never tried to break the law at any time."
