Rob Kardashian's fiancee, Blac Chyna, wants to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian for herself since its going to be her married name once they tie the knot.  Apparently, the Kardashian sisters, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, are not ready to share their brand with their brothers fiancee as the Kardashian companies are supposedly going after Blac Chyna's request to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian.

In Response to the reports, an insider close to Chyna told People Magazine

"The Kardashians own their trademarks in most categories worldwide, and the trademark attorneys' standard practice is to oppose anyone who tries to file anything. They probably didn't even know it was happening."
The documents in question reportedly argue the 28 year-old mother of Dream Kardashian is "deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity" by changing her name to Kardashian.
"She's not trying to do anything negative. She wants to trademark the name because it will be her name when she gets married and she wants to protect it. It's also her daughter's last name and she wants to share a last name with her daughter."
